A lifetime of art
From the moment we are born, our life is a work of art. How we express our art and our lifestyle varies in many ways. Some people write, others paint and design. But not all forms of art are expressed in words or on paper (text). Every person, place and thing is a work of art in it's own way.
From a young age, crafting has been a large part of my being, as well as gardening and reading/writing. Doing craft shows with my aunt and grandma, helping to create the products they sold, to doing crafts with my kids to keep on display and for family/friends. I love art and creating it, but writing is my passion.
Sara Creates Things started as a venture to sell my crocheted products. I've tried to create and finish a countless amount of projects over the years, and even attended a few craft shows of my own with crochet. But when a CricutJoy machine caught my eye in an after Christmas sale, I just had to have it. I now enjoy creating a variety of products with that. I've also been writing.... and so the blog and shop combo for me creating things is born.
